2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, offers and agreements via the webshop CatchPro.com between GNJRBV and consumers.

3. Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order via the webshop and this is confirmed by CatchPro.com by e-mail.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment can be made via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or other payment methods as stated on the website.

5. Delivery

Orders placed and paid for on weekdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 16:00 or during the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

CatchPro.com is not liable for any delays by the delivery service. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. This cooling-off period commences on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
  2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
  3. If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to notify the entrepreneur of this within 14 days after receipt of the product. The consumer must make this known by means of the model form or by means of another means of communication such as by e-mail. After the consumer has indicated that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods were returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment.
  4. If the customer has not indicated that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal after the expiry of the periods mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.

7. Return conditions

Products must be returned unused, undamaged and if possible in original packaging. See the returns policy for the full procedure.

8. Warranty and complaints

There is a legal guarantee on all products. Complaints can be reported via info@catchpro.com . We strive for a solution within 7 working days.

9. Liability

CatchPro.com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Applicable law

All legal relationships are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved in consultation, otherwise submitted to the competent court in Eindhoven.

We collect personal data that you provide to us, such as with an order or contact request. Think of: name, address, email address, telephone number and payment details.

6. Retention periods

Data will not be retained for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Return Policy – ​​CatchPro.com

1. Right of withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for 14 days. 2. Return conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged and – if possible – in the original packaging.
  • Please keep the proof of postage of your return shipment.

3. Return costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

5. Return procedure

Send an email to info@catchpro.com with your order number and reason for return (optional). We will send you further return instructions.

In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the entrepreneur. If the webshop is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and in case of complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur ( www.webwinkelkeur.nl ), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this webshop has a current membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/ . If a solution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to have his complaint handled by the independent disputes committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur, the decision of which is binding and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this disputes committee involves costs that must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.

It can always happen that something does not go exactly as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@catchpro.com. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
